Cancellation Policy

Policy for Appointments * Booking Deposit: A $25 deposit is required when booking your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. * Rescheduling/Adjustments: Must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. * Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals Any thing after will be will void your $25 deposit. * No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost. * Scheduling Tip: Please avoid scheduling other commitments within 3 hours after your appointment to allow adequate time for your service. * No Extra Guests: To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. * Full payment is required upon the completion of services. Refunds and Adjustments Policy * Repairs: Repairs are free within 3 days of your service any thing after will require a additional payment. * No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. * Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment to schedule a free adjustment. * - Notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you are unsatisfied with a service to schedule a free adjustment. * - Any nail repairs must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service for the repair to be free. * - Repairs requested and scheduled after the 3-day period will require an additional payment * No Adjustments for Misuse: Adjustments will not be made for damage caused by improper aftercare, accidents, or misuse. * Right to Refuse: Royal tipz reserves the right to refuse refunds or adjustments if the policy terms are not met.
